Having access to money progressively as you complete your project means you pay interest only on money drawn, giving you more financial flexibility during the construction period of the loan.

- BASE/SLAB – Concrete slab, footings, base brickwork 10%
- FRAME – Frame complete and approved by building surveyor 15%
- LOCK-UP – Windows, doors, brickwork, insulation, roofing 35%
- FIXING – Plumbing, electrical, painting etc 25%
- COMPLETION – Handover, final payment 10%
